Janis Austin currently serves as the Board Secretary and a staff member at The Never Alone Clubhouse. She retired after an 18-year career with Robert Bosch Incorporated, where she held key roles as Secretary to the Manager and Payroll Assistant—experience that now enriches her administrative and organizational contributions to the Clubhouse.

As an ally to a person in recovery, Janis brings a deeply personal connection to her work. Her daughter’s 25-year journey through addiction inspired Janis to dedicate her life to helping other parents facing similar challenges. In 2022, she earned her Certified Peer Specialist–Parent (CPS-P) certification and now serves with Juvenile Programs as a Parent Peer Support Specialist, equipping families with hope, tools, and understanding as they navigate recovery.

Janis finds her work at The Never Alone Clubhouse both rewarding and purposeful. Her compassion, professionalism, and steadfast commitment continue to make her a vital part of the organization and an inspiration to others walking the road of recovery support.
