Mark Henry is Chief Financial Officer of Blue Yonder. He is responsible for the company’s finance and business operations, planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury, helping Blue Yonder operate more efficiently and scale effectively. Blue Yonder is a global supply chain and commerce fulfillment software company with 1.6B in revenues and 8,500 employees that provides AI-driven solutions to help businesses manage their supply chains from planning to delivery.

Mark has more than 30 years of business and financial leadership experience in the enterprise software and technology services industry. Prior to Blue Yonder, he held senior executive roles at Infor and PRG. While serving as Treasurer and SVP of Finance for Infor, Mark and the leadership team grew the company’s finance infrastructure to support Infor’s growth from $50 million in revenue with 300 employees to $3.2 billion in revenue and 17,000 employees over 17 years. During this period, his team completed and integrated 60+ international public and private acquisitions exceeding $7 billion while raising multiple rounds of debt and equity financing in the public and private markets, including the eventual $13 billion sale to Koch Industries. Mark started his career at Deloitte and Touche serving as an auditor, tax advisor and management consultant.

Mark has a master’s degree in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Auburn University. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant. In his free time, he serves on the boards of various charities and advises nonprofits. Mark enjoys hiking, travel, baseball, biking, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
