About Jocelyn
Jocelyn Wallace is the Executive Director and Founder of The Never Alone Clubhouse, Addiction Recovery Support Center based in Douglasville, Georgia. Guided by faith, purpose, and a deep belief in restoration, Jocelyn leads with the conviction that every person deserves connection, dignity, and the chance to rebuild their life. She is a woman in long-term recovery for over eight years, and her journey has become both her ministry and her mission.

Jocelyn is highly trained in the field of recovery support, bringing a strong foundation of professional credentials to her leadership and most importantly her lived experiences. Some of her certifications include:

• CARES Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialist
• CPS AD Certified Peer Specialist for Addictive Diseases
• MATS Medicated Assisted Treatment Specialist
• FPM Forensic Peer Mentor
• Behavioral Health Paraprofessional
• Trauma Informed Care Specialist

These specialized credentials equip her to meet individuals and families with skilled peer support, compassionate guidance, and a deep understanding of both the clinical and human sides of recovery. Jocelyn’s leadership is grounded in her belief that recovery is not only possible but life-changing. Her own story stands as living proof. She is a mother of two incredible children and a grandmother whose grandchildren have never seen their grandmother under the influence of any substances or incarcerated for any crime. To Jocelyn, this is one of the greatest gifts her recovery has given her. True freedom. True healing. A new legacy.

Under Jocelyn’s direction, The Never Alone Clubhouse has grown into a trusted community hub that offers peer support, advocacy, education, and a safe and loving space for those impacted by substance use disorder. She works passionately to build recovery friendly systems of care through partnerships with hospitals, community organizations, coalitions, and faith based leaders. Her approach blends professional expertise with transparency, grace, and a heartfelt commitment to meeting people exactly where they are.

Jocelyn’s work reaches far beyond the physical walls of the clubhouse. She is a Christ-following leader who believes in the redemptive power of love, forgiveness, and second chances. Her calling is to help others reclaim their purpose, rebuild their families, and rediscover the hope that addiction tries to steal.

When she is not walking alongside the recovery community, Jocelyn finds strength in her faith and her family. She carries joy in witnessing transformation, restoration, and the beauty of lives made whole again through connection and compassion.
